A restricted professional engagement provides:
* Direct professional engagement with Dawn of Verity and the Originating Architect.
* Confidential strategic briefings and structured professional review.
* Controlled, staged access to selected protected material necessary for serious evaluation.
* Sufficient protected disclosure for authorized decision-makers to understand the Architecture’s governing logic, scope, intended outcomes, implementation requirements, and strategic significance.
* Progressive access to additional protected material where necessary for legitimate due diligence.
* Opportunity to determine whether the prospective client wishes to proceed toward acquisition, licensing, national-use, or implementation negotiations.
* Protection of authorship, provenance, confidentiality, intellectual property, and restricted-use rights throughout the evaluation process.
Engagement does not provide unrestricted access to, possession of, reproduction of, implementation rights in, or ownership of the Architecture.
WHY THE ENGAGEMENT STAGE EXISTS
The engagement stage protects both Dawn of Verity and the prospective client.
For Dawn of Verity
* Proprietary architecture is not disclosed through informal inquiry or unrestricted circulation.
* Protected operating logic and intellectual property remain controlled.
* Disclosure occurs progressively and only within a formal professional relationship.
* Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary for authorized evaluation and due diligence.
For the prospective client
* The client is not required to acquire the Architecture before having an opportunity to conduct serious protected evaluation.
* The client can examine sufficient protected material to determine whether the Architecture warrants the substantially larger investment associated with acquisition, licensing, national-use rights, implementation, or another transaction structure.
* The engagement itself creates no obligation to purchase the Architecture.
* If the client decides not to proceed, no Architecture acquisition obligation arises.
IMPORTANT COMMERCIAL DISTINCTION
Engagement fee ≠ Architecture fee.
The engagement fee opens the protected professional evaluation and due-diligence process.
It does not purchase the Architecture.
Any subsequent acquisition, licensing, national-use, implementation, or other rights transaction involving a proprietary Architecture is separately scoped, valued, negotiated, and contracted.
